Au Jardin Bleu is situated on the top floor of a newly constructed luxury residential building with elevator that connects the apartment directly to the sparkling Adriatic Sea that is right in front. It can accommodate up to 6 guests (recommended 5 adults maximum). The apartment itself has lots of natural light with floor-to-ceiling windows to welcome in its magnificent views of the “crystal bleu” Adriatic Sea.
The first floor consists of the living, dining area and kitchen. The living room has a large sofa (sofa bed 140x 200) , satellite TV, CD player and A/C. There is a dining area which has seating for 5. The kitchen is highly functional with all appliances including fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, etc and opens to the terrace. The terrace with its spectacular views is a perfect place to chill out with a glass of wine while enjoying the sunset as the sky becomes a sweeping canvas of vibrant colours. There is a separate toilet room with sink and a wash machine.
The second floor houses the bedrooms and bathroom. The bedrooms have been decorated in the same style as the rest of the apartment and have A/C. The main bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe, and is connected to the second terrace with remarkable views on the turquoise waters. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be gathered, large wardrobe. The bathroom comes with a bathtub, hairdryer. There is a business corner with computer desk.
The apartment features A/C throughout and WI-FI access and has its own parking space.
Worth knowing
To reach Lapad center and the beach at Uvala, you must walk up just 15 outdoor steps. This means it is accessible to everyone, even those with walking difficulties. At “ Au Jardin Bleu II”, you will relax in style, but still not be far away from anything going on in Dubrovnik! A short 3-5 minute walk takes you to the charming Lapad beach itself and bus station. There is also local tennis courts, playground and a commercial centre a few minutes walk from your front door so everything you could possibly need is on hand.

Both properties are beautiful, clean, comfortable properties. Villa Sol E Luna is in a quiet, stunning valley where the views are breathtaking. The house and swimming pool are fantastic, and the owners friendly and helpful. It is a short drive to the sea. Au Jardin Bleu II is in Dubrovnik and has a gorgeous view over the sea and easy access to swimming in the bay. It is easy to get into the town. Again the manager was helpful and friendly. We are grateful for a lovely time and would thoroughly recommend this company and these properties.

Au Jardin Bleu was a lovely, clean apartment with a great location close to the sea and beach. Easy to reach by bus and escape from busy Dubrovnik Old Town, and enjoy some peace and quiet. Isabelle and team were very helpful and answered queries really quickly.

We had a lovely time in Dubrovnik thank you and were very pleased with our choice of apartment. The apartment was in an excellent location, easily accessible by car on the one side of the property, and to the walk by the sea on the other. Being so close to places to swim in the sea and to the restaurants and bars of Lapad was great - it was also far enough away from the centre to be peaceful. The sea view from the apartment balcony was beautiful. The split-level apartment itself was modern and nicely decorated. Equipment provided was good, although a few more wine glasses and mugs would be good. The air conditioning worked well on the occasions we needed it. The only down side of the apartment was the bathroom with its sloping ceiling over the bath. The information you had provided by email on Dubrovnik and Lapad was very useful and it was helpful to find various maps and pamphlets in the apartment when we arrived. Ivana, who met us at the apartment on arrival and dealt with check out, was very helpful and charming. All this let to us having a great holiday, so thanks very much.

Stayed in this wonderful Apartment from the 3rd September, Images on site were true and accurate and the views from the balcony were magical. It had everything we needed and good access down to the sea. The car parking space was up a small steep slope which was tiring in the 30degree heat. Would I return, yeah too right.

“ Hi Viktor & Isabelle, The apartment Au Jardin Bleu was beautiful, and we were very happy with almost everything about it. The location is great, with easy access to the Lapad promenade, restaurants, and stores. The apartment is nicely furnished, with everything we needed during our vacation. It was very clean, and we really enjoyed the privacy of the outdoor area. The only complaint I would have is about the wi-fi, as it was often difficult to connect with my iPhone and laptop computer. It seemed like it only worked in one location, near the living room sofa bed. But that is a small complaint and it did not affect our enjoyment of the vacation. We were very pleased with the airport transfers you arranged for us, and the price was reasonable. The cars were comfortable and the two drivers were very friendly and helpful to us, and the first driver recommended a great restaurant (Orsan). Your service and communication were amazing! We were very happy that you were involved in this rental because you answered many questions and helped us a lot. You worked quickly to help us with documents for my wife's visa application and were very understanding of everything. We had a lovely stay at Le Jardin Bleu. The owner was very nice and helpful. It was a lovely apartment and was as described. The views were fantastic! It was very clean, a few facilities could have been added but I left a note about additions that I thought would enhance the property. It is very new so perhaps there are things which haven't been thought of. The transfer was good. All was good.
